At Lumier, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return under the terms outlined below.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • Include all original tags, accessories, and packaging.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, alterations, or missing components may not qualify for a refund.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item was received damaged.

  • The item is defective.

  • The wrong item was shipped.

In these cases, Lumier will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no additional cost.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact.lumierlive@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will review your case and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

  • Gift cards.

  • Perishable goods.

  • Beauty, personal care, or hygiene-related products that have been opened or used.

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

  • Any item marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

Sale or clearance items may be returned only if they arrive damaged, defective, or where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

European Union Customers

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging and documentation.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from our error, a defective product, or a damaged shipment.

  • Refunds will only be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.
