Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Costs

Order Tracking

Tracking updates may take several business days to appear in the carrier's system.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Lumier is not responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, additional shipping charges may apply.
